Management of Commercial Property Sales Process.
Management of Board Meeting/Governance process.
Management of Property Portfolio and Lease negotiations during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Management of Employment & Recruitment process in two trading businesses.
Financial Management & Administration of two trading businesses.
Management of Property & business opening events, media and public relations.

Director / Finance & Administration

15 Years Finance Experience, including 9 years of Management of business cashflows including during COVID-19 Pandemic.
Human Resource Management of up to 22 staff. Including recruitment, onboarding/training, restructure terminations, employee relations and Performance Reviews.
11 years Payroll management - including weekly payroll runs, management of employee records and leave balances and Tax Calculations.
5 Years as a Board Trustee at Ashburton Gymnastics Club - Including roles as President, Vice President and treasurer.
OPEX administration of Commercial Leases, including Insurance. 9 years as board advisor/governance to company board.
11 years finance administration including invoicing, debtor and creditor management, reconciling, reporting/budget management, GST calculations and payments. Using Xero, MYOB and Excel.
Management of Board Meeting process under both business and volunteer boards.
3 years hospitality experience including sole charge of café, ordering and creation of catering orders and customer service.
